A person who can't do anything - someone people choose to ignore.

DISEASE!
A contagious condition. Most disabled people are as healthy as anyone else.

DEAF & DUMB!
Words that used to be used to describe a deaf person who also could not speak. Many deaf people can speak. Deafness does not make a person dumb.

NORMAL!
Refers to numbers, not people. When used to describe a non-disabled person, it suggests that a disabled person is abnormal.
